West Personal Trainers
Gil Clagget 314-539-4444 x 7454
Gil is an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) certified personal trainer and is CPR certified. Gil has more than 18 years professional experience as a personal trainer. He has also been certified by Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (A.F.A.A.) and Nautilus Equipment Company. His educational background includes: anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, weight training and conditioning, plyometrics, isometrics and cardio conditioning. He has been an employee of the MAC for more than eight years.

Beth graduated from Millikin University in 1999 with a B.S. in physical education with an emphasis in sports management. During the first two years she played for the Big Blue womens’ basketball team. The last two years she coached freshman girls basketball and assisted J.V. and varsity basketball at Eisenhower High School in Decatur, Ill. She received her personal training certification in 1999 through International Fitness Professionals Association and has been training for 11 years and been with the MAC for nine years. She became a spinning instructor in 2003 and teaches twice a week. She has also done wellness coaching and nutrition consulting for clients and is also CPR, AED and First Aid certified.

Paul Helfrich 314-539-4444 x 7494
Paul is an ISSA certified personal trainer with five years of experience in training people of all ages. He is CPR, AED and First Aid certified. Paul graduated from Missouri State University where he studied recreation management and health and wellness. He teaches boot camp and muscle up classes at the MAC

• NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
David specializes in weight loss and sports nutrition. He also provides nutrition education for those with diabetes, high blood pressure and other medical conditions.



Susan Bischoff 314-539-4444 x 7493
Susan has been an aerobics instructor at the MAC and is now a personal trainer. She is certified in step and kickboxing. She is also a certified personal trainer. Start your year out with a new flare with Susan.





Downtown Personal Trainers
Andrew Francis 314-749-5854
Andrew has been coaching and training athletes both as a team and individually for more than nine years. Andrew got his education while playing varsity basketball for Lehigh University. After graduating he coached at the high school level as well as for AAU girls’ and boys’ basketball teams. Andrew is currently a level 4 certified personal trainer, as well as a certified spinning, group exercise, kickboxing and yoga instructor. He also has his certification in nutrition. Andrew is an authorized instructor through the Red Cross for CPR, AED and First Aid. With his experience ranging from weight loss to competitive athletics, we have found Andrew to be one of the best.

Keisha Burns 314-539-4495
Keisha has been with the MAC for more than 10 years. She came to the MAC with a degree in sports management, where her emphasis was in fitness and sports medicine. She also has certifications in personal training and Pilates from such organizations as the American Council on Exercise. With a lifelong commitment to fitness, including scholarships in cross country and track, Keisha has the ability to make what some would consider work into fun.

Elaine Wortham 314-808-7403
Elaine Wortham is a fitness consultant with 21 years of experience. Her goal is to get people back on track. If you are interested, she would like to develop a training program that meets your individual needs so you can receive the maximum benefits. She will also monitor your progress and adapt your programs to keep you on track to reach your goals. Working with a personal trainer can help you stay focused and help you stay on course for a healthier lifestyle. Elaine can help men and women of all ages.


Jeanna Jackson 314-308-4075
Jeanna Jackson has 20 years experience in Personal Training and Fitness Education. She enjoys training clients of all different levels in a variety of activities. Jeanna is certified by the American Council on Exercise, the Aerobic Fitness Association of America, and is fully certified in Pilates through Power Pilates of New York. Throughout the years Jeanna has gained experience in every type of fitness activity available including cycling, yoga, pilates, strength training, water aerobics, personal training, aerobic dance and nutrition. She loves to help people get fit and obtain a higher energy level through personal training and improved health habits. Most importantly she makes it fun to work out and is a pleasure to work with! Her motto is “Get Fit, Stay Fit and Never, Ever, Ever Quit!”
