MAC Toastmasters

Established in 1924, Toastmasters® is a time-tested program that improves public speaking skills. Within weeks of joining, members walk with more confidence and win respect from colleagues and employees. MAC Toastmasters® can help you undergo this miraculous transformation for yourself.

The group was founded on the principle that all members participate equally in the endeavor, and that each accept responsibility to support the membership and its program.

TIME AND PLACE - WEEKLY MEETINGS

MAC Toastmasters®, a sanctioned local chapter of Toastmasters International, meets twice each week.
• Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m., West
• Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m., downtown clubhouse’s third-floor St. Louis Room
Meetings regularly last one hour and always begin promptly out of respect for each member’s personal schedule.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Membership is open to Missouri Athletic Club members only, as recommended by both Toastmasters International and the MAC Board of Governors. This fits the definition and parameters of Toastmasters International® as a “closed-club” and makes us one of more than 10,000 chapters around the world!

Membership fees include a one-time initiation fee of $20, plus a monthly charge of $12 per participant. This fee will cover costs for workbooks, literature, mailings, meeting incidentals, postage, etc. Billing will appear on your regular MAC membership invoice semi-annually. This minimizes any accounting burden associated with the Clubs within the Club program.

They’ll encourage you to join us in a rewarding experience on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons at one of the clubhouses!
