DRESS CODE POLICY

 

Attire and personal appearance should be in good taste and mindful of the Club’s conservative atmosphere.  Your personal appearance is to be governed by the following standards:

 

Dress/Shirt – Length may be no shorter than approximately two inches above the knee. Spandex dresses/skirts are not acceptable. Dresses/skirts should fit well (not too tight).

 

Pants – Leggings and pants made of denim/denim-like material are not allowed.  Spandex pants, leggings, and jogging/sweat pants are not allowed.  Pants should have a well-tailored fit (not too tight). Shorts are not allowed unless worn as a suit.  Skorts are permitted.

 

Shirts – Flannel shirts, hooded jackets, sweatshirts, tank/tube/halter tops, t-shirts with graphics or logos, suggestive tops, and bare midriff garments are not allowed.  Shirt tails should remain tucked in at all times.  Shirts/tops/blouses must have modest necklines.

 

Footwear – Athletic shoes, moccasins, hiking boots, and open-toed shoes are not acceptable.  Shoes should have a clean polished appearance.  Pantyhose or socks should be worn at all times.

 

Accessories – Jewelry should be simple and in good taste.  Hats and sunglasses are not appropriate.

 

All clothing should be neat, clean, and pressed as well as match.  If there are any questions regarding the appropriateness of a particular outfit, please discuss them with your supervisor prior to wearing it to the office.
