A Missouri Driver’s License along with Social Security Card, Missouri State I.D., Military I.D., or valid out of state Driver’s License, or a Birth Certificate with a Social Security Card is required. The records check would cover the CITY and COUNTY.
Cost is $9.00 - You will be reimbursed when you return both record checks and both receipts.

From the Missouri Athletic Club take Broadway to 40 West. Exit at Hanley (turn right). Take Hanley to Forsyth and make a left. It is right on the corner or Forsyth and South Central. YOU MAY GET THE POLICE CHECK WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES OF YOUR REQUEST.
