Bart is in charge of training, food quality and production, ordering and staffing of the Food & Beverage operation at the Downtown Clubhouse. He has a reputation for delivering a quality product and has a knack for cold food decoration.
Background & Experience
Bart joined the Missouri Athletic Club staff in 1998. He has 35 years experience in the field plus three years in European-style chef apprenticeship.
Looking towards the future, Chef Bart is excited to help the Club reach its full potential.
Bart is originally from Pennsylvania and went to high school in Iowa. When he is not in the MAC kitchen, Bart enjoys gardening, attending car shows and running with his dog in the park.
