Executive Chef, West Clubhouse
oversees the West Clubhouse kitchen as well as food quality and cost.
Charles joined the
MAC in 2016 as Sous Chef. He has over ten years of experience in the field. His
specialty is cooking Latino food, especially Puerto Rican dishes such as
braised pork and rice with sweet plantains. He also loves burrata, truffles,
and bulls blood micro greens.
encourages members to come to him with anything dealing with food but he also
entertains good conversations on sports.
Outside of work, Charles
enjoys Sundays spent with his wife and son.
