Chris is responsible for recruiting, performance management, employee relations/retention, benefits administration, wellness, training/development, coaching/counseling, employee communication, safety, records management, regulatory compliance and policy development.

Background & Experience
Chris joined the Missouri Athletic Club staff in November 1996 and has 20 years of experience. She enjoys coaching and counseling managers/supervisors in the areas of performance management, employee relations, and employee conduct and discipline.

Looking towards the future, she enjoys seeing the different ways in which the Club grows and prospers from the renovations of the physical structure to the development of new programs and activities to the relationships the Club fosters to the accomplishments of the employee team.

Fun Facts
Chris graduated from Duchesne High School in St. Charles and earned Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Certificate of Business from Saint Louis University. She holds a Masters of Business and Administration from Saint Louis University and a (SPHR) Senior Professional Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute.

Her favorite way to spend a Saturday or Sunday would be to run a 10k in the park with her dog, followed by a walk to a nearby restaurant for brunch with her family. The rest of the day would consist of various outdoor activities with her two boys and then some downtime by the pool.
