What to Expect
Indoor cycling is a low-impact workout that can also deliver high-intensity results, allowing you to control the resistance on your bike and adjust the challenge to match your fitness level.
Each class combines Cardio intervals, endurance riding, short sprints, HIIT-style efforts, lower body training with optional upper body work, and a full-body workout that can be modified to suit a variety of fitness levels.
This format is similar to other group training and exercise classes, with instructors providing guidance throughout the entire session so you always know what to expect and can focus on your ride.
