What to Expect

Classes are in-person and led by professional personal trainers who focus on safe progress and measurable results. Formats span from large to small group training sessions and accommodate every fitness level, including both beginner and advanced. Each session balances technique, pacing, and recovery so every Member can find a great workout that works for them.
 

Group Fitness Class Options

  • Cardio and cardiovascular conditioning, including HIIT, interval training, and high-intensity options for a heart-pumping body workout or full-body burn.

  • Strength training with total body and focused blocks using barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight patterns.

  • Mindful movement through pilates, barre, and yoga class formats that improve mobility, stability, and posture.

  • Specialty training such as boot camp, aerobics, and kickboxing, plus low-impact selections for joint-friendly conditioning.

Between classes, Members can transition into recovery with access to the fitness center, sauna, and other wellness amenities that keep momentum steady.
