Downtown Dining


For any occasion, casual and formal dining experiences are available at the Downtown Clubhouse.
The Downtown Clubhouse offers a variety of unique dining venues from the elegant Rendezvous Room to the casual dining in the Jack Buck Grille and Sportsman's Club. Additionally, 18 banquet and meeting rooms are available for groups of 4 to 400 people.
 

The Jack Buck Grille is a welcoming oasis for Members and their guests whether for casual dining or a special celebration.
Located on the first floor of the Downtown Clubhouse, the Jack Buck Grille features three distinct dining opportunities in one location: the Jack Buck Bar & Grille, the Jack Buck Dining Room and the Rendezvous Room. Two smaller alcoves are available for intimate dinners, birthday parties or rehearsal dinners.

Jack Buck Grille

The Rendezvous Room
  • The perfect place to reserve for a private dinner or party of less than 40 people.

The perfect lunch spot for business or pleasure.
Located on the fourth floor of the Downtown Clubhouse, the Sportsman’s Club is only open for lunch and offers a casual dining atmosphere. Members and their guests have the option of ordering from the a la carte menu or enjoying the buffet. The buffet features a sandwich and salad bar along with a variety of soups, hot vegetables, pastas, seasonal fresh fish, a carving station and desserts. For members employed Downtown, the Sportsman's Club is a great escape from the office for a quick, hearty meal or a place to bring co-workers or clients for a business lunch. Private dining rooms are available and must be reserved in advance.

West Dining


The West Clubhouse offers three distinct dining venues for formal, casual, and on-the-go dining.
The Stan Musial Grille is a casual, family-friendly venue open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also features an expansive bar with ample seating for watching the game or networking following a workout. The formal 1903 Dining Room offers members and guests an ideal destination to celebrate a special occasion or entertain clients. The 1903 Bar is a hot spot for adult members to socialize. The Poolside Café is famous for its smoothies and delicious snacks available to those enjoying the pool or wrapping up a workout. It is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
 

The 1903 Bar and Dining Room offers a premier culinary experience for members and guests.
Named after the Missouri Athletic Club's founding year, the 1903 Bar and Dining Room was constructed and renovated in 2016 to create an adult space for members to grab a drink, celebrate a special occasion or entertain clients at the West Clubhouse. The dining room also offers two private alcoves that are available by reservation only.

The Stan Musial Grille was designed to appeal and accommodate to the many athletes and fitness-conscious individuals who frequent the West Clubhouse.
Athletic attire is permissible, which makes it a great place to dine after playing a big game or working out. Members and their guests have the option of ordering from the a la carte menu or enjoying the lunch buffet.

MAC Clayton Dining

MAC Clayton offers four distinctive dining and gathering spaces, pairing elevated cuisine with sophisticated design and panoramic views.
Created with a next-level approach to the modern private club experience, MAC Clayton features thoughtfully designed interiors, striking views of Clayton and Forest Park and a culinary program introduced under the guidance of a Michelin-starred chef. Table 14 offers a polished setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the Hermann Trophy Bar provides a relaxed destination for cocktails and casual dining. On the 15th floor, the Forest Park Room delivers an elevated evening experience, complemented by the refined atmosphere of the Champions Lounge.

The experience begins with morning coffee and breakfast before transitioning to lunch, afternoon bar bites and full dinner service. Members can gather for a casual meal, meet colleagues for drinks or settle in for an evening overlooking Clayton.

Designed for memorable evenings, the sophisticated space offers a composed setting for special occasions, business dinners and leisurely meals. A thoughtfully curated wine list complements the menu, while the climate-controlled Member Wine Gallery allows participating members to store and enjoy selections from their personal collections.
