Across both Clubhouses, yoga is offered year-round as part of a holistic wellness experience that also includes pilates, fitness training, and recovery-focused programming. Members enjoy unlimited access to in-person classes, on-demand options through the mobile app, and spaces designed to encourage consistency and calm.

The West Clubhouse features a busy mind-body studio hosting yoga, pilates, and barre throughout the week, while the Downtown Clubhouse continues to expand its yoga schedule in a refreshed studio space. Seasonal rooftop sessions and annual yoga retreats offer additional ways to explore movement and self-care beyond the studio.
Many Members choose to pair yoga practice with pilates or other wellness offerings for a balanced approach that supports mobility, strength, and recovery.
