On Thursday, June 11, women are invited to attend a free informational session at the West Clubhouse led by Christine Hillenbrand-McManamee, certified ACE Personal Trainer and MyMT Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner.
Perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause can be a confusing and frustrating time in a woman's life. In search of relief, women are frequently met with conflicting advice.
Christine helps women navigate every phase of menopause with clarity and confidence. Through a collaborative approach, Christine explains changes, identifies stages, and creates individualized plans designed for women ages 40 to 60 and over.
This informational session introduces an eight-week program that combines education and movement in a supportive environment. Small groups foster connection, encouragement, and shared success - empowering women to navigate this journey together.
