By Donald “Chip” Misch, CCM, MAC General Manager/COO
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is recognizing the people who bring the Missouri Athletic Club experience to life each day - our employees. Their dedication and professionalism shape the atmosphere our members enjoy, and I am pleased to highlight two individuals who exemplify those qualities.
It is my pleasure to recognize Alli Higgins and Sarah Asinger as the Club’s newest Distinguished Employees.

In their respective roles, Alli and Sarah consistently demonstrate exceptional commitment to Club operations and to serving our members. Their professionalism and attention to detail make a meaningful difference each day, and I sincerely appreciate the positive impact they have on the overall MAC experience.
As we continue to care for the people who make the Club exceptional, we are equally mindful of the standards that help preserve the private, welcoming environment our members value. With that in mind, I would like to remind members of a dress code update, approved by the Board of Governors, which will take effect on Feb. 1 at both the Downtown and West Clubhouses. These updates reflect valuable member feedback and our ongoing efforts to maintain consistency and clarity across Club spaces.
Notable updates include revised expectations around headwear, athletic attire, and cell phone use. Gentlemen’s hats will no longer be permitted indoors at the Downtown Clubhouse or on the upper level of the West Clubhouse, including common areas and the Stan Musial Grille. Athletic attire will continue to be restricted in the Downtown lobby, and members are kindly asked to use designated entrances when arriving from Lucas Street. At the West Clubhouse, hooded sweatshirts (“hoodies”) will no longer be permitted in the 1903 Dining Room. Cell phone use will be thoughtfully monitored in both Clubhouses, with members encouraged to remain mindful of designated areas.
For full details, members are encouraged to review the complete dress code policy on the Club’s website.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support of our team and for helping us uphold the standards that make the Missouri Athletic Club a place members are proud to call their own.
